Q: What is Ami.ai?
A: Ami.ai is a mobile app that lets you create your own personalized AI companion.
Q: Which devices are supported?
A: Currently, we support:
- iOS: Please check the App Store for supported OS versions
- Android: Under consideration based on user demand
Q: Which languages are supported?
A: Currently, we support English, 日本語, 한국어, 中文, Español, Français, Deutsch and العربية
Subscription & Pricing
Q: What are the subscription plans?
A: Detailed pricing plans can be viewed in the app's settings screen. Different plans offer varying daily message limits, number of characters you can create, and available features. You can try premium features free for 3 days after registration.
Q: How are subscription messages counted?
A: Messages are counted based on the number of times you interact with your AI:
- One message is counted per user interaction, even if the AI responds with multiple messages
- Empty messages requesting the AI to continue also count as one message
- Failed responses due to errors are not counted
Q: When does the message count reset?
A: Message counts reset at midnight based on your device's time. Unused messages do not carry over to the next day.
Character Training & Customization
Q: How can I train my AI character?
A: You can customize your AI character in several ways:
- Use the character settings screen for basic customization
- Long-press the character message in the chat screen to modify their responses
- Character settings, diary entries, and modified responses all influence your AI's understanding and memory
Account Management
Q: How do I delete a character?
A: Tap the "..." button at the bottom of the character settings screen to access the delete button. Please note that deleted characters cannot be restored.
Q: How do I delete my user account?
A: Tap the "..." button at the bottom of the user settings screen to access the delete button. Please note that deleting your account will also remove all server-stored backup data permanently.
